🎀 **OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH** 🎀

**Know your normal. Know the signs. Speak up.**

Breast awareness is important at every age. Taking the time to become familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel can help you notice changes that need medical attention.

💗 Look out for:
• A new lump or thickening
• Changes in breast size or shape
• Skin dimpling, redness or unusual changes
• Changes to the ni**le
• Unusual ni**le discharge
• Persistent or unusual breast pain

Most breast changes are not caused by cancer, but it’s important to have any new or unusual changes checked by your GP.

💕 Don't ignore a change. Don't put off getting it checked.

This October, remind the women you love to prioritise their health.
