When your dentures fit well, you notice the difference in the little things.

Eating your favourite foods. Having a good chat. Smiling for a photo. Getting through the day without constantly thinking about your dentures.

If your dentures feel loose, rub, or have become uncomfortable over time, it may be worth having the fit checked.

A better fit can make everyday life that little bit easier.
If you’re not sure whether your dentures need adjusting or relining, our team is always happy to have a chat.

Let’s see who’s brave enough to admit it… 😄

If you wear dentures, which one have you actually done?

1️⃣ Put them somewhere “safe” and then couldn’t remember where
2️⃣ Nearly dropped them in the sink
3️⃣ Had a close call with a particularly chewy piece of food
4️⃣ Taken them out for a little peace and quiet 😂

Or perhaps you have your own story?

Tell us in the comments. We’d love to hear it!

A good set of dentures is about more than just replacing missing teeth.

There’s a lot of care that goes into getting the small details right, from choosing a natural-looking tooth shade and placing each tooth carefully, to making sure everything is finished properly.

These are the details you may not notice straight away, but they can make a real difference to how your dentures look, feel and function.

At Dixon Dentures, we take the time to get those details right.

As kids grow, their teeth and jaws change. A mouthguard that fitted perfectly last season may no longer provide the right protection this season.

Before they head back onto the field, it’s a good idea to check that their mouthguard still:

✅ Fits comfortably
✅ Stays securely in place
✅ Provides proper protection

Whether they’re playing football, basketball, hockey, soccer, or another sport, a custom-fitted mouthguard helps protect their teeth, gums, and growing smile.

Give them the confidence to play safely! Get in touch with Dixon Dentures today:

Ever accidentally wrapped your dentures in a napkin? 😅

It happens more often than you'd think.
A quick lunch, a neatly folded napkin...and suddenly your dentures are headed for the rubbish bin. 🧻🗑️

If you ever remove your dentures while eating, keep them in a denture case instead of wrapping them in tissues or napkins. It's one of the easiest ways to avoid an accidental toss!

Have you or someone you know ever had a close call? 🤭
