🌙 Sometimes the problem isn’t that the tarot is unclear. It’s that we’re asking the wrong question. ✨

I see this often in both tarot readings and tarot classes.

Someone comes to the cards with an important decision and asks something like:

“Will this relationship work?”

“Will I get the job?”

“Should I move?”

But sometimes the cards don’t seem to give a clear answer.

When that happens, I often go back to the question.

Instead of asking:

“Should I move?”

We might ask:

✨ “What do I need to understand about making this move?”

Or:

✨ “What should I consider before deciding whether to move?”

Suddenly, we’re not asking the tarot to make the decision for us.

We’re asking it to help us see the situation more clearly.

And that’s where I believe tarot can be incredibly valuable. It can reveal something you haven’t considered, bring your attention to an important influence or help you understand what you really need before making your decision.

Sometimes a better tarot reading begins with a better question. ☀️

💜 Save this post for the next time you’re struggling to get clarity from your cards.

🌙 Before you pull a tarot card, try changing ONE thing about your question. ✨

When you’re looking for guidance, it’s easy to ask the tarot a yes or no question:

“Will I get this job?”

“Will this relationship work out?”

“Should I make this change?”

But yes or no questions can close down the reading before it has even begun.

Instead, try turning your question into an open question.

✨ Instead of:

“Will I get this job?”

Try:

“What do I need to understand about this job opportunity?”

Or begin your question with:

☀️ “What do I need to know about...?”

🌙 “What should I consider about...?”

✨ “How can I best approach...?”

This gives the tarot room to reveal influences, possibilities and perspectives you may not have considered.

It’s a simple change, but it can make your readings much clearer and more useful.

💜 Save this post so you can use these questions in your next tarot reading.
