The Menopause Network is passionate about supporting research that helps us better understand the experiences of people navigating menopause. 💜

QUT researchers are currently looking for women aged 35–65 in the Ipswich and Inala areas to take part in a menopause research study.

What an absolute privilege to be part of such an important conversation.

Very grateful for the opportunity to partner with for RESTORE: a half-day menopause and yoga retreat.

The day was a reminder of the power of slowing down, c***ecting with others, and taking time to nurture ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who came along and shared the experience with us. It was a privilege to spend the day with such a wonderful group of people.

We can’t wait to do it again 💜
