We're excited to share a beautiful handmade gift created for GHA by Kat from Shelf Lovers - a bedazzled guest and visitors book crafted with care, and community in mind.

This book is here for anyone who spends time with us, whether you're seeing a GP, a specialist, or a mental health professional. It's a space to draw, write, reflect, or share your thoughts and feelings about your journey with us. Your words and artwork become part of the GHA story. Community is at the heart of everything we do.

What Is a Peer Navigation Appointment? 💜

At Gender Health Australia, our Peer Navigation Appointments are designed to support anyone over 18 who is questioning their gender, thinking about starting HRT, exploring transition options, or simply wanting guidance from someone who has walked this path before. It’s a low‑pressure, one‑on‑one conversation with a peer navigator who brings lived experience, understanding, and practical knowledge.

In your session, you set the pace. You talk, we listen. Together we explore medical and non‑medical pathways, mental health and wellbeing, community connections, and what a personalised care pathway could look like for you. Peer navigation gives you space to ask questions, feel seen, and get clarity before making big decisions. No referral needed, self‑refer anytime.

At the heart of this service is connection. We get to know you, hear your goals, and walk alongside you as you take your next steps toward gender‑affirming care and holistic support. This is the future of multidisciplinary gender care.
