Picture this: itâs 9:40 pm. The kids are finally asleep. Youâre on the couch next to your partner, half watching something, and redoing the onboarding doc your new hire sent you this afternoon. Because it was quicker. Itâs always quicker.
You told her today sheâs doing a great job. You meant about 40% of it.
And thereâs that low hum in your chest that never really switches off. Youâve had it so long youâve started to think itâs just how youâre built.
I see this every week. Smart, capable women running businesses they built from nothing, quietly holding all of it. Most of them have tried a business coach and a therapist at some point. The coach handed them a strategy that didnât fit their actual life. The therapist helped with the anxiety but didnât really get what itâs like when payroll is due Thursday and a staff member just quit.
That gap is where I work.
In this weekâs episode of Burnout to Brilliance I talk about what I actually do as a business and burnout therapist, why anxiety is your bodyâs early warning (and burnout is what happens when it has to get louder), and the question every client ends up sitting with: what is all of this actually for?
Episodeâs linked in my bio. And if that first bit felt a little too familiar, book a 15-minute call with me. Weâll just talk about whatâs going on.
