Just a little reminder about our Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🩵

We completely understand that sometimes things come up and appointments need to be changed. Where possible, we simply ask that you please give us as much notice as you can.

As a reminder:

✨ Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.

✨ No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the booked appointment.

Each appointment is time set aside especially for you, and late cancellations and no-shows can have a big impact on our therapists and their day.

We truly appreciate you respecting our team’s time and giving us plenty of notice if you’re unable to make your appointment. 🤍

From this Sunday 30th August, you will notice some changes to our treatment pricing

This decision hasn’t been made lightly, and we’ve done our best to keep increases as reasonable as possible however, with the continued rise in the cost of professional products, equipment and the everyday expenses involved in providing our services, an adjustment to our pricing has become necessary

You may also notice that we have restructured our facial menu. Rather than having one base facial with multiple add-ons, we’ve created more individual facial options designed to target specific skin needs. This allows us to price each treatment more accurately based on the professional products, technology and time involved, while also making it easier for you to choose a facial suited to your skin and goals. 🤍

We remain committed to using high-quality professional products and providing the level of care, knowledge and experience you expect when you visit Aura

Gift cards: If you have previously purchased a gift card for a specific service, that treatment will still be honoured at the price it was purchased for

🚧 MUNDI MUNDI LIGHTFEST TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES 🚧

Council advises the following will be closed to facilitate the Mundi Mundi Lightfest on Saturday, 15 August 2026 to Monday, 17 August 2026.

• Gawler Place and Chloride Street between Blende Street and Argent Street - Will have restricted access from 10.30am.
• Argent Street between Delamore Street and Sulphide Street - Each lane will have
restricted access from 10.30am.
• Oxide Street from Gawler Place to Crystal Lane - Each lane will have resctricted
access from 10.30am.

Vehicles already parked in Argent Street will be able to exit the area prior to full road
closure at 1pm.
