Synergy Physiotherapy will be resuming our usual services as of Monday 11th October. It’s been a long time coming and we are glad to be back for all of our existing and new clients.

The last 8 weeks we have been under strict guidelines as to what services we can provide, however these restrictions have been lifted and we can recommence therapy for all clients.

Many of our clients’ appointments were cancelled over the past 8 weeks, so we do ask that anyone wishing to seek a new appointment to be patient while we do our best to reschedule the many clients from the past 8 weeks.

When arriving for your appointments we ask that you check in using the QR code, wear a mask at all times and please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

Please do not arrive too early for your appointment, a few minutes before your scheduled time would be greatly appreciated. If you prefer to sit in your car and wait for your physio to be ready, give our admin team a call and let them know, they would be more than happy to call you when your physio is ready to see you.

Synergy Physiotherapy will refrain from face-to-face services this week. We have made this difficult decision once again but as a Team, we are strongly encouraging and supporting the current Public Health Orders to Stay-At-Home.

Synergy Physio is taking this proactive approach to ensure that our staff, clients, families and community remain safe.

Our telehealth consultations via phone or video have been well received over the past few weeks and we will continue to offer this service. It’s been a great tool for not only our existing clients but new clients!

Telehealth consultations are supported by Private Health Funds, Medicare, NDIS and WorkCover/CTP.

Due to the increasing numbers of COVID-19 in our community and the uncertainty of what the next few days will bring, Synergy Physio has made the very hard decision to refrain from face-to-face consultations this week.

We haven’t made this decision lightly, however have considered our decision to be in the best interest of our staff, clients, families & our community. Your safety is our priority.

With the news of Regional NSW lockdown being extended and the Far West an area of concern, Synergy Physiotherapy feels it is in the best interest and safety of the community that we refrain from face to face consults again next week.

Although our clinic will be closed we still have our experienced Physio’s on board offering Telehealth sessions! Our clients last week loved this option as it allowed them to continue (or start) their treatment plan in the comfort of their home.

Telehealth consults are supported by WorkCover, Medicare, NDIS and Private Health Funds.

Synergy Physiotherapy will be making changes to their service structure this week following advice from the Chief Allied Health Officer.

Under the current restrictions, we have been advised that telehealth be used where able, & face-to-face care reserved for critical cases only.

With this in mind, and our policy to ensure the safety of our staff, clients, families and the Broken Hill community remains our priority, we have decided to close the clinic during the current 7 day lockdown.

Although we won’t be there to answer your calls, emails will be monitored regularly. Email us at [email protected]

COVID-19 SAFE UPDATES:

To protect our clients, staff and community we do ask that anyone who has been in any exposure sites throughout SA, NSW & Victoria to please refrain from entering the clinic.

We also still ask that anyone who traveled to the Mildura region from Sunday 11th July refrain from entering the clinic.

Given the recent positive COVID-19 case in Mildura, Synergy Physio is asking anyone who has been in Mildura since July 11th to please refrain from entering our clinic.

We apologise if you need to cancel your appointment, however we will be more than happy to reschedule to a suitable date.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the recent restrictions put in place in NSW, we have to tighten our COVID safe rules.

As of Monday 28th June, all clients and visitors to the clinic MUST wear a mask unless exempt (children under 12 years and those with medical conditions which exempt them from wearing a mask).

All staff will be wearing a mask.

We do ask that clients refrain, where possible, from being accompanied by another person to ensure we can abide by the 4 metre square rule.

Please make sure you sign in using the QR code at the front door or at the reception desk.

As always, we ask that you practice social distancing and COVID safe practices.

We appreciate your support and apologise for any inconveniences these restrictions may impose.
