, mood issues, depression, OCD, adjustments/life changes, trauma, interpersonal relationships & more). I also provide parent coaching and consultations & parenting workshops in schools, child care centers, and other organizations! Being a kid or a teenager in the modern day and age is not always easy. In my work with this population, I am passionate about helping kids/teens learn ways to cope with their emotions and stressors, and help them learn to accept themselves and build self worth. I am also a big proponent of empowering parents, as children thrive in homes where parents are able to feel supported. If you are looking for parent coaching and consultations, we will create individualized plans to meet you where you are at in your parenting journey. We will explore what feels the most challenging and collaboratively come up with tools and strategies to help you feel more confident, as well as try to determine road blocks that may come up. With my background in school psychology and the the NYS Dept of Education, I can also support you in advocating for your child's needs across other settings.
