What a powerful thing to say to yourself first thing in the morning.

It sounds simple. It really isn't. Many of us carry the weight of other people's judgements, expectations, and unsolicited commentary for years β€” sometimes decades. We let it shape how we see ourselves, what we attempt, and how much space we allow ourselves to take up.
