Your back pain might not actually be your back 😮

If you've been managing back pain for years... physio, chiro, massage, new shoes, new mattress...and none of it has really helped, here a piece of the puzzle most people never get told.

Your body works as a chain. Feet at the bottom. 👣 When your feet don't load evenly under your weight, your knees rotate, your hips drop, your pelvis tilts, and your back does 8 to 10 hours a day of compensating.

This is called the kinetic chain.... and in a meaningful number of cases, it's the actual source of pain that surfaces upstream.
