๐Ÿง๐ŸŽจ Creativity, Colour & Smiles! ๐Ÿ’™

There's nothing sweeter than seeing our participants express themselves through creative activities! Today, we had so much fun making these colourful cupcake-inspired crafts, decorating them with bright colours, beads, and fun accessories.

Creative activities like this do more than produce beautiful artworkโ€”they help build fine motor skills, encourage imagination, boost confidence, and create opportunities for social connection in a relaxed and supportive environment.

At Cultural Appropriate Care (CAC), we believe every achievement, big or small, deserves to be celebrated. Seeing the joy and pride on our participants' faces is what makes every day so rewarding. ๐ŸŒŸ

๐Ÿง  What's Your Stroke Risk? Take the Tick Test Today! โœ…

Did you know that up to 80% of strokes can be prevented by understanding and managing your risk factors? Taking just a few minutes to complete a simple Stroke Risk Tick Test could be the first step towards protecting your health.

Ask yourself:
โœ”๏ธ Do you have high blood pressure?
โœ”๏ธ Do you smoke?
โœ”๏ธ Do you have diabetes or high cholesterol?
โœ”๏ธ Are you physically active?
โœ”๏ธ Is there a family history of stroke?

The more risk factors you have, the more important it is to speak with your GP about reducing your risk. The Tick Test is a guide onlyโ€”it does not diagnose stroke risk, but it can help you decide when to seek a professional health assessment.

At Cultural Appropriate Care (CAC), we encourage everyone to take charge of their health. A few simple lifestyle changes today could make a lifetime of difference.

โ™Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿƒ Great conversations, friendly competition, and plenty of smiles! ๐Ÿ’™

Today at Cultural Appropriate Care (CAC), our participants enjoyed a relaxing social games session with card games, chess, and good company over a warm cup of tea.

Activities like these are more than just funโ€”they help improve memory, concentration, problem-solving skills, and social connections, while encouraging confidence and independence in a welcoming environment.

At CAC, we believe that every shared laugh, every game played, and every moment spent together contributes to a happier and healthier community.
