It's my final week treating at Four Seasons Wellness Clinic, Abbotsford 😢 I have really enjoyed working in the lovely clinic room there surrounded with other talented practitioners, but I feel it’s time to focus my energies in Brunswick.

I’ve enjoyed meeting all the patients who’ve come to see me in Abbotsford, and look forward to seeing you again at 31 Weston St, Brunswick.

As of December 1st, I’ll be available in Brunswick Tuesday-Friday from 8am-7pm.

I’ll be away over Christmas and New Years, with my last day of treatment being Friday the 20th December. I’ll reopen again on Tuesday the 14th of January 2025.

I have some big news:
I’m moving to Canada!

My flights are booked and I’m off to Canada for 1 year!
I’ll be leaving on October the 27th, 2022 and my last treatment day will be on Tuesday the 18th of October, just in time to miss our Summer and enter Canadian winter! *brrrrrr*

It’s been an amazing experience having met and treated so many great people and played a role in many health journeys. Thank you, my clients, for letting me help in whatever way I could. I’m sorry to be leaving Brunswick and Melbourne, but am very much looking forward to a change in scenery after the last couple of years in Melbourne.

Hello faithful followers and other interested readers! Yes, I am still alive and still open for business!
Today I would like to continue to rant about the importance of movement to our health and wellbeing. I've been confined to my room for the past 4 days with Covid and have been minimising my movements. My body has both appreciated and not appreciated this; it has been overcoming this virus (woo! go immune system go!) but after sitting in bed for most of the time, I feel like my muscles are forgetting how to move.

So, I'd like to re-launch my morning movement sequence and attempt to do at least one each day for the coming month while I fully recover from this rotten virus.
