Meet Anne…she loves swimming, running, Pilates and Barre - and now she LOVES our “Strength 4 Life” classes too! In just 4 weeks Anne’s confidence with using weights shines, she has carefully and safely increased the weights for each exercise- and loves feeling every muscle 💪 Not just strength training- Anne loves working on her balance, coordination, and flexibility! She’s excited to be supporting her bone density and of course helping develop the muscles she needs for all aspects of her life- for gardening, holidays she’s yet to go on, and enjoying time with her friends and family. You see Haven Yoga Studio Anne feels at home, she has amazing friends, loves the diversity of our classes and our fabulous teachers.

Yin Yoga & Sound Healing – Self Love Night 🤍

Gift yourself an evening of deep rest, self-love and gentle renewal.

This special Self Love Night combines Yin Yoga and Sound Healing to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with your heart. Through gentle, supported heart-opening postures and the soothing vibrations of sound healing, you’ll be invited to release tension, calm your nervous system and cultivate compassion for yourself.

This practice encourages you to let go of stress, open your heart, and create space for kindness, acceptance and inner peace.

Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this evening is open to everyone.
