For almost 12 years, Krystal has been a valued member of the SouthWest Hospital Pharmacy team.

Throughout her time with us, she's built the knowledge and confidence to support the pharmacy across a wide range of areas, from dispensing and stock management to helping patients through some of their most challenging moments.

Krystal's pharmacy journey began at just 16 years old after a maths teacher encouraged her to apply for a local pharmacy job. Since then, she's found a passion for the fast-paced nature of pharmacy and the opportunity to keep learning every day.

Liju has been part of the SouthWest Hospital Pharmacy team for over four years, bringing a calm and considered approach to patient care.

Her focus on medication safety and health literacy comes through in the way she supports patients, taking the time to help them better understand their treatment and feel more confident in their care. It’s these everyday interactions that make her role so meaningful.

When she’s not at work, Liju enjoys travelling, spending time in the sun, and is currently learning to swim.
