You’re getting through the day. You’re showing up. You’re doing what needs to be done but underneath it all you feel different. More tired? More irritable? Overthinking everything? Sometimes we are so used to pushing through that we forget to stop and check in with ourselves. If you feel like it’s time to put yourself back on the list of things to check in with, maybe Kinesiology is worth exploring. Offering you a space to pause, reconnect and explore what your body may be communicating. 📍 Bunbury, W.A. Booking link in bio

Kinesiology isn’t always what people think it is 🩵 No mind reading. No magic wands 🪄 and you definitely don’t know have to know exactly what to expect! Sometimes the best way to understand it is simply to experience it for yourself ✨

Your feet play an important role in your balance and coordination. 👣

They are constantly sending information to your brain about where your body is in space and how to adjust as you move.

In kinesiology, I can assess whether these sensory pathways are a priority and gently stimulate specific points on the feet as part of a balance.

Supporting this communication may help with feeling more grounded, balanced, coordinated and confident in your movement. 🌿

Just one of the many fascinating ways we can work with the body in kinesiology. 🤍

Sometimes the signs aren’t loud 🗣️ They’re the little moments that tell you something feels off…..
Your body is always communicating- sometimes all it needs is for you to slow down and listen 🫶

Our bodies are incredibly good at communicating with us—but we’re often too busy to notice the early signs.

Feeling more tired than usual, carrying tension, struggling to switch off, or simply not feeling like yourself can be your body’s way of asking you to slow down and pay attention.

You don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed before seeking support.

Sometimes the whispers are enough.

I wish I’d come sooner.”

It’s something I hear in the clinic more often than you might think. 🤍

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list. But you don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed before asking for support.

If you’ve been thinking about booking a kinesiology session, maybe this is your gentle reminder.

Your wellbeing is worth making time for. ❤️

Have you noticed how often we answer the question “How are you?” with...

“Busy.”

I’ve been trying to catch myself every time I say it.

Not because my days aren’t full, but because the words we use matter.

When we constantly tell ourselves we’re “so busy”, it can reinforce that feeling of always rushing and never having enough time.

I’m learning to replace it with things like:
✨ “I’ve got a full day today.”
✨ “I’m focusing on what’s important.”
✨ “I’m taking one thing at a time.”

It’s a small shift, but sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference.

I’d love to know... what’s one phrase you could use instead of “I’m busy”? 🤍

Sometimes you wait for the perfect time to put ourselves first, but let’s be honest, that time really arrives on its own! If you’ve been thinking about booking a Kinesiology session, maybe this is the little sign you’ve been waiting for ✨
