π« Bluebell's Teatime Truth
Bluebell was sitting quietly this afternoon with a warm cup of tea when she asked...
"When did we start believing that our worth is measured by how busy we are?"
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to wear exhaustion like a badge of honour.
We apologise for resting.
We feel guilty for slowing down.
We tell ourselves we'll stop... once everything is done.
But Bluebell has noticed something.
The washing is never completely finished.
The emails keep arriving.
The weeds grow back.
There will always be another job waiting.
Life, however...
Life doesn't wait.
The sunset won't pause until you've answered one more message.
The people you love won't remember how many things you crossed off your list.
They'll remember how you made them feel.
So perhaps tonight...
Instead of asking,
"What else do I need to do?"
Ask,
"What would nourish my heart?"
Then, without guilt...
Give yourself permission to do just that.
π Until tomorrow...
Put the kettle on.
Love,
Bluebell π«
