Join True Equanimity Yoga & Meditation next Thursday night at Zen Within Wellness Centre 🤍

Take some time for you with this beautiful six-week yoga series, thoughtfully designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing through gentle movement, breath, relaxation and mindfulness.

Across the six weeks, Nicky will gently guide you through:

Join Zen Within Mind Body Soul next Wednesday night the 2nd of September at either 5.30pm or 7pm for a evening of Meditation at Zen Within Wellness Centre

A gentle invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect back to yourself.
Join me for a 1 Hour Meditation Group Classes, created to offer you a safe and supportive space to pause from the busyness of life and simply be.

These sessions will guide you through grounding practices, gentle breath awareness, guided meditation, relaxation and nervous system restoration allowing you to soften, reset and come home to yourself within a beautiful collective energy.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or have been on your journey for some time, these classes are open to all beautiful souls seeking peace, connection and stillness.
