Just a quick update for my clients 😊

I’m starting a new job that involves some weekend work, so I’ve temporarily closed my booking system while I figure out my roster, as my availability will vary fortnightly.

As soon as I know my available days, I’ll update the calendar and open bookings each week.

What Remedial Massage Actually Helps With

A lot of people think remedial massage is only for athletes or serious injuries.
In reality, most of my clients come in because everyday life is doing a number on their body.

Things like
- tight shoulders from desk work
- ongoing headaches or neck pain
- sore hips or lower back
- muscle tension that never really settles

Remedial massage is about finding the cause, not just chasing that sore spot, and helping your body move and feel better again.

New Prices effective from December 1, 2025.

I am excited to introduce Dry Needling into the clinic. This new option gives more ways to ease muscle tension, reduce pain, and support recovery, and can be booked as either a stand-alone session or combined with remedial massage.

After some long thought, I have decided to remove relaxation massage from my service list. All existing relaxation massage vouchers will remain valid until their expiry date, so please MESSAGE me directly to book these in.

All other services can be booked online or by sending a message. No calls please, as I am often in session or at work.

I’ll be away this weekend completing my Dry Needling training, and I’m really excited to add this new skill to my treatments.

This course has been a long time coming, and I can’t wait to bring these techniques into the clinic to better support pain relief, muscle recovery, and those stubborn areas that need a little extra help.
