✨ Silicone Breast Pump – a simple tool with a big impact!

When your milk first comes in, your breasts can become very full and firm, making it difficult for your baby to get a deep latch.

A silicone breast pump can gently collect milk while helping to soften the breast just enough to make latching easier—without the need for a full pumping session. It’s a handy little tool to have ready before your baby arrives!

Check out the video to see how it works. 💛

And to finish off World Breastfeeding Week…

Sometimes breastfeeding looks like a group of parents standing together—each having walked a different path. Different hopes. Different dreams. Different expectations. Different journeys.

Some breastfeed. Some express. Some use donor milk. Some use formula. Many do a combination of them all.

But every one of them is doing the very best they can for their baby.

One day at a time. One feed at a time. One drop at a time.

To every parent who has loved, nurtured and shown up for their baby this week and every week—well done.

You are amazing.

One of my favourite memories from feeding my boys is those perfect little eyes looking into mine, so full of trust and love. More often than not, it was followed by the sweetest little milk-drunk smile.

Breastfeeding is about so much more than calories. It’s connection. Comfort. Enjoyment. Love. Sacrifice. Safety. It’s quiet moments in the middle of the night, tiny hands resting on your skin, and a bond that words can never quite capture.

These are the moments I will treasure forever.

Sometimes breastfeeding looks like this.

A little milk dribbling down your baby’s chin. A milky smile. Milk on their cheeks.

There is something incredibly satisfying about seeing your milk on your baby’s face. It’s a little reminder that your body is nourishing them, helping them grow, thrive and feel safe.

That content, milk-drunk cuddle at the end of a feed is one of those moments many parents treasure.

This World Breastfeeding Week, we’re celebrating the little moments that make the journey so special. 💛

Sometimes breastfeeding looks like this. 🍼

A bottle.

It’s easy to make assumptions when you see someone feeding their baby, but the truth is, you don’t know their story.

That bottle may contain expressed breast milk after hours of pumping. It may contain donor milk. It may contain infant formula. It may represent weeks or months of tears, determination, appointments, setbacks and incredible love.

Mothers often tell me they feel judged no matter how they feed their baby—breastfeeding in public, using a cover, not using a cover, expressing, combination feeding or formula feeding.

This World Breastfeeding Week - and every week let’s choose kindness over judgement.

A smile. A kind word. A little encouragement. We are all part of a wonderful community of parents doing our very best for the little people we love.

Every feeding journey deserves respect.

As part of World Breastfeeding Week, we’re celebrating the many different ways families can achieve their feeding goals.

A supply line (also known as a supplemental nursing system) allows a baby to receive extra milk while feeding at the breast. The milk may be expressed breast milk, donor milk or infant formula, delivered through a fine tube alongside the ni**le.

Supply lines can be a wonderful option for families experiencing low milk supply, inducing lactation, relactating, supporting babies with feeding challenges or whenever extra supplementation is needed while maintaining breastfeeding.

Every breastfeeding journey is unique, and every family deserves support that meets their individual needs.

Because breastfeeding isn’t one-size-fits-all—and every drop of love counts. 💛
