Me too babe, me too!
Meet Bjork, my chicken that really feels the heat.
When the chickens have their wings out, my car is full of river & beach sand and there are people on my tele playing tennis in 40 degree heat, there’s non doubt it’s summer in Australia!
Remember to keep well hydrated on these sweltering days. If you are sweating it out and looking for a gentle electrolyte drink, try one of these:
🥥 Coconut water
🌺 Hibiscus and rosehip iced tea with a pinch of bi-carb, a pinch of unrefined rock or sea salt and a squeeze of lemon. Optionally, add raw honey to sweeten.
