Tight, overworked neck muscles can refer pain into the head… hello headaches

Hip pain in pregnancy: What’s really going on? 🤰🏼

If you’re feeling that deep ache in your hips (especially at night or when walking), you’re not alone! Hip pain is super common during pregnancy and can show up for a few different reasons:

Common conditions we see:
• Pelvic girdle pain
• SIJ (sacroiliac joint) dysfunction
• Glute or piriformis tightness
• Trochanteric bursitis
• P***c symphysis pain

Why it happens:
• Hormonal changes (hello, relaxin!)
