Big news, our PREPARE program is now running locally. 🙌🙌

PREPARE is a therapy-based, neuro-affirming transition-to-school program designed to help children build the practical skills that make starting Prep feel more manageable and more successful.

This program is held in a kindergarten setting with beautiful, purpose-built facilities, so children can practise their skills in a real-life learning environment.

That means more natural opportunities to build confidence, independence, regulation, communication and social participation, and often reach goals quicker because the practice is built into the day.

Many children can do well in calm, 1:1 settings — but school asks them to use those skills in busy group routines, with lots of transitions and social demand.

That’s why Term 3 matters: it gives time to build the foundations before Term 1 pressure hits.

💥Our very last Holiday Group ‘Reptile Rangers’ is this Friday 10th July! 💥

A hands-on, nature-filled day for children who love Reptiles! 🦎🦖🐍🐊

Our therapy team have created some super fun, therapy based, reptile themed activities across the day.

PLUS, we are SO excited to welcome ‘Love Me Like A Reptile’, a local business that provides unique educational reptile shows for all ages. 
This is a wonderful opportunity for our group students to meet and learn about real life reptiles with the help of expert guidance!

Everybody loves Christmas time… especially our CHATS team! So we are bringing the Christmas vibes with our school holiday group ‘Christmas in July’ 🎄🎅 🙌

Steph came to us when she was 3 after being diagnosed with level two ASD.

Her parents made a commitment: whatever support she needed, they’d show up.

And for 18 years, they have — through 1:1 sessions, group programs, the hard weeks, the breakthroughs, and everything in between.

There were many times when Steph could’ve been one of the many kids who fall into the gap — not funded enough, not “complex enough”, not easily categorised… and left to struggle.

But Steph’s family — and our CHATS team — refused to let that happen.

This year, Steph set two goals

1.Build independence
2.Travel the world

And now? She’s in Japan with her sister — navigating independently and living a dream she’s worked towards for years.

This is why we do what we do: practical, functional support that helps kids in the gap build real-world skills and real confidence.

Steph, we are so proud of you. 💙
