Ok I know in the episode this if from they were only doing this to secretly steal both money and Pokemon from their owners because they are literally Pokemon thieves by trade and that’s what they do but I can’t be the only one thinking that this should have been their actual calling right! I mean look at how good they make these little guys look! Team rocket really should have just been fashion designers man instead of letting all that talent go to waste while they swipe other people’s pets instead of doing this, you know do something their good at instead of something they actually suck at pulling off given they can’t even successfully steal an actual ten year olds pet mouse despite spending years trying to! Man what a waste of potential, such a shame!

Brock: “for generations people couldn’t decide whether to classify bulbasuar as a plant or an animal. I think the best classification for them is as a symbol. Yeah I could see it! I mean just picture this: You boot up the new game you bought, a cut scene starts playing! You hear in a gruff man’s voice: It’s may eighth, then years since the mutant octopi invaded from the shoreline and took over our world. Humanity now lives to serve them except for those of us living in the underground. Things are dire but I have not lost hope. One day humans will rise again and take back the land from these oceanic monsters! While he’s talking news paper headlines flash across the screen showing the origins of the mutant octopus creatures including this one! Honestly sounds like an interesting experience, now I kind of want someone to make this a real thing! please some one out there make this a real game!

Whether or not you could be called an ally to any group of people isn’t determined by how much support you show when no one around you is fighting you on your support for said group and not actively attacking them in front of you. It’s determined by how much support you’re willing to give when everyone you know isn’t supportive of them at all, only when you are willing to support people who don’t benefit you socially can you be called an ally. Only when you’re still supporting them in dire circumstances because it’s the right thing to do you get to have that title. You aren’t special for going with the crowd when support is what everyone around you is showing and dropping that support the second the tides around you turn. What makes you special to people is your willingness to fight on their behalf no matter which way the tides turn! That’s how you earn the title of ally!

I love that in Pokemon leaf green and fire red there’s a game mechanic where by adding moltres to your party and going and doing a bunch of things while it’s just chilling there with a bunch of random Pokemon eggs from your other Pokemon it means they hatch quicker and with better stats(aka healthier)! This immortal fire bird who can’t actually reproduce at all is basically an expert at hatching other creatures eggs for them! Let’s hear it for moltres the number 1 Pokemon foster mama!
