We're hiring! We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Healthcare by Douglas team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis.
This role is for someone who wants to get their hands dirty. Someone who treats brands like their own, knows their ROI down to the dollar, and leans into a challenge when things get hard.
The key focus for the role is the BraveFace brand, a science-backed supplement brand built to help ambitious people reach their full potential & grow without breaking.
What you'll be doing:
→ Building and running campaigns across digital, EDMs and influencer
→ Owning the P&L and tracking performance down to the dollar
→ Pivoting fast when things aren't working and doubling down when they are
→ Leading NPD from ideation to launch
→ Coaching a small, talented team
What we're looking for: 5+ years consumer marketing experience, digital marketing and ecommerce skills, P&L ownership, and the grit to keep pushing when it gets hard.
