🌟 Tuna & Celery Fried Rice 🌟
A simple, nourishing meal to support your body this summer!

Why It’s Great:
Tuna helps reduce “dampness” in TCM terms, supporting the Spleen and easing blockages. Celery calms heat and aggression while its bitter flavor (along with corn) benefits the Heart. Perfect for warmer days and overall balance!

Ingredients (Serves 4):
* 3 cups cooked, cooled rice
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* Black pepper
* 1 k**b ginger, finely chopped
* 5 celery stalks, chopped
* Kernels from 2 cobs of sweet corn
* Pinch of salt
* 435g canned tuna
* 2 tsp honey (optional)
* 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Toss in rice and black pepper, stirring frequently.
2️⃣ In a wok, sauté ginger in 1 tbsp olive oil for 2 minutes. Add celery, corn, and salt. Cover and steam on low heat for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir in the tuna until warm. Combine the rice into the wok, stir, and drizzle with honey (if desired).
4️⃣ Serve in bowls and top with a few drops of sesame oil for extra flavor.
