Massage One GC We are located inside Goodlife Health Club, next door to Varsity Lakes Tavern, 2 Santa Maria Crt., Burleigh Waters. All members and non-members welcome.

We specialise in Massage One Lymphatic Method, Myotherapy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish,Sports, Remedial and Deep Tissue massage for the treatment of sports injuries, however we also have therapists available who specialise in Relaxation, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Hot Stone massage.

Today’s treatment focused on a full 360° approach to the left hip using remedial techniques and cupping therapy — working through the glutes, hip flexors, TFL, adductors, surrounding fascia, and compensating structures to help release restriction, improve mobility, and support stability through the pelvis and lower back.

Cupping was used to help decompress tissue, increase circulation, and target areas holding chronic tension and overload.

Not just treating the pain site — treating the whole movement pattern. ✨
