Hi Beautiful Souls, I've been getting asked when the next Reiki Level I training is on so I thought I had better set a date.
These past months I have been doing 1 on 1 trainings that have been great. If you are interested in one for yourself, or a friend, contact me on [email protected] or DM me here.

The next official Level I training is now scheduled for Sunday October 4th.

Reiki Level I opens the channel for Universal Life Force energy to flow through you, activating self-healing and awakening your soul’s remembering.
In this training you will:

🌟 Awaken your natural healing codes
🌟 Anchor light through your body as a divine channel
🌟 Begin walking your mission as a healer of self and others

This is more than a course — it’s an initiation into your higher path. 💫

It's been a while since I've shared anything meaningful on this page.

Over the years, I've spent so much time holding space for others, supporting healing journeys, and helping people reconnect with themselves. Yet lately I've been feeling called to share more of me too.

Not just healing techniques or insights, but the thoughts, observations, and experiences that shape the way I see the world.

I've come to realise that healing isn't just about what we do. It's about what we notice.
What we focus on.
The stories we tell ourselves.
The way we relate to our emotions, our challenges, and the world around us.

So moving forward, you'll see more personal reflections here.
Thoughts about life.
Thoughts about healing.
Thoughts about being human.
Because I believe that sometimes the most powerful shifts happen when we feel seen, understood, and reminded that we're not alone in what we're experiencing.

Thank you for being here.

I'd love to know—what is something life has been teaching you lately?
