Dearest Readers, well I've been in Thailand for a while now and I must say its one of my most favourite destination which feels like a return visit for sure.
Ive been very busy in class learning new skills with Visionary CranioSacral Therapy. I have been learning and practising in the Hugh Milne side of the understanding and a deep dive into this practice new holds and information, always deepening my knowledge to be of service to others.
Being able to hold space for others in there memories held in the body mind and spirit is a real honour. Im deeply moved by the practice of all that I have to offer.
Altho a BCST Trained I can see that there is still so much to learn and to remember and that a one time course or even 3 years of my diploma there is still very much to learn. My journey continues and always starts with me and all my unwinding.
I have taken my curiosity into woking with Babies. As you all know I have a broad spectrum of skills that I offer and have moved my practice in the Quantum-E-Lounge where I offer all my offerings.
Im keen to be back into my practice of Yin Yoga with everyone and I cant wait to see you all in the space.
Reminder that we also offer massage By Daen, with the sound of the ocean and the softness of the wind.
I'll be offering a deep meditation of the heart followed by sound healing with my wonderful bowls on Friday evening. Watch out for the invite. Small gatherings so get in quick to book.
