and I’m bringing a pretty special one with me…

a full moon sound bath on sunday 30 august 🌝

this one feels extra special because it’s the last full moon of winter, and just two days before we step into spring.

so I thought… what better way to mark the change of season than getting a whole bunch of us together, getting cosy and completely switching off for 90 minutes.

sound healing, deep rest, a little reflection, herbal tea, chocolate, essential oils and oracle card guidance.

basically… an evening to slow right down before we launch ourselves into spring 🌸🌼

and I really want this one to be a proper community experience ~ open to everyone, whether you’ve been to one of my sound baths before or this is your first.

bring your bestie, your mum, your partner or just bring yourself 🤎

come as you are, get comfy and let me take care of the rest 🫶

let me reintroduce myself 🤎

I’m grace, founder of essence of grace yoga ~
what began five years ago with a simple intention has grown into events, sunrise and sunset beach sessions, retreats, sound baths, breathwork sessions, studio satya, affinity of souls, and a beautiful community that continues to inspire me 🧚🏻

along the way, life has changed too; travelling, getting married, continuing to learn and grow, and this year stepping into motherhood

I’ve grown, life has changed and the offerings have expanded ~ but the reason i started is still the same; to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported.

I can’t wait to share more of this next chapter with you all (& mimi 👶🏻)

after our sunrise yoga, sun on my face, dolphins in the sea, sand in my toes, baby gal growing in belly 🧚🏻

nearly 35 weeks (where has time gone!), so much gratitude for my own yoga practice ~ and still moving my body in a way that feels good, especially when I get to do it with you guys 🌹

tomorrow we have our self love half day retreat in the studio for women only and I’m super excited to be in this space and energy ~ so nourishing for me too! tomorrow is sold out but as I’m still feeling good we are holding a second one the following saturday 7th of your feel called to join the space there may be spot waiting for you 🌹

ps. I don’t feel good all the time 😅 pregnancy has many challenges, but I’m just so amazed at my body and the miracle that is pregnancy every week that passes ~ women are superrrr 🧚🏻
