Red Nose Day raises awareness of safer pregnancies, safer sleep for babies and support for families affected by pregnancy and infant loss.

Safer sleep practices for babies:

😴 Always place baby on their back to sleep
🛏️ Use a firm, flat mattress with no soft bedding
🚭 Maintain a smoke-free sleep environment
🌡️ Avoid overheating
👶 Room share without bed sharing for the first 6 to 12 months

If you're pregnant or have a newborn, our GP can provide antenatal care, newborn health checks, and advice about safer sleep based on your individual circumstances.
