It was a therapeutic class designed specifically for hairdressers, who are using their hands and working hard on their feet all day.

๐—”๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ (Postures) - managing chronic back pain; building strength, resilience and adaptability in the tissues to help manage hypermobility.

๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฎ (Breathing Practices) - down regulating the nervous system to counteract reduced stress resilience from hormone fluctuations and other systemic issues.

๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ - cultivating contentment.

๐—œ๐˜€๐—ต๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ - abiding in non doing.
