You can safely have a Cervical Screening Test during pregnancy.

If you’re pregnant and due for your cervical screening, you don’t need to wait. It’s safe to include it as part of your routine pregnancy care.

If you are aged 25 to 74 you should have a Cervical Screening Test every 5 years. During pregnancy can be a convenient time to stay up to date.

If you’re unsure, or think you might be due, have a chat with your midwife or doctor - they can guide you on the best timing for you.

Stay healthy for you and your family by keeping up to date with your cervical screening - it could save your life.

Headaches— We’ve all had them.
But do you know what your headache is trying to tell you? The cause, intensity and duration can vary depending on the type of headache you’re experiencing.
If your headaches are mild and don't happen often, here are some things that may help:
✔️Lie down in a dark, quiet room
✔️Get some rest or sleep
✔️Place a cold or warm cloth on your neck or forehead
✔️Take a walk outside in the fresh air
✔️Have a drink of water
✔️Stretch your neck muscles
