We love to see that Yoga is getting introduced more and more to kids. In schools, day cares and more places. We believe that yoga for kids is very beneficial. At our Monday evening class, kids are welcome to join. This is a nice opportunity to practice together:) see you soon!

To get to know ourselves, we go within, we detach from the illusion of success in material means. We simplify our lives by removing the unconscious noise in our daily lives. We minimalise our concepts, We return to a place that allows for all our fears to be brought to light, and we feel. We feed our souls with vulnerability, surrender, and peace.

Before discussion, Bianca leads a beautiful yin/yang practice.
With a slight touch of wintery winds today, a warm herbal infusion awaits you to help recentre your practice.
Discussion group is donation based, proceeds to local charities.

Hey yogis of Byron!
What an awesome week it has been!!!
From spectacular weather to amazing crowds around the shire!
We have enjoyed practicing beautiful yoga, breathing, discussions and meditations over the last few weeks that we have been open! 🙏🏻
So thank you all so much for supporting us!❤️❤️🙏🏻
We have also started playing around with a few projects that were awaiting a little attention and energy....
Parent and child flow starts this Monday at 6pm for 60mns.
Join us and learn how to
practice simple morning sequences with your little ones. (Or not so little....4+ 😊)
We have found that this practice forges strong connections with your children, using fun and progressive sequences.
We wish all you Byronians a great week and see you at Tonic Byron Yoga!
