Hi, my name is Eliza Love 💜

For a long time, I struggled to feel safe in my body, grounded in my own energy, and able to truly be myself.

As a highly sensitive person and ungrounded mystic, I constantly lost my centre, sacrificing my energy for others, taking on everyone else’s emotional weight, and losing my joy in the process. 🥹

I didn’t trust my intuition, nor did I know how to share my gifts with the world.

In 2012, everything changed.🌀

After 10 years of working as a Palliative Care Nurse and then another 8 as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Paranormal Psychotherapist, I realised I was still letting my sensitivities hold me back from fully being seen and of the highest service to the expansion of human consciousness.

So, I made a choice. I dove deeper within, left behind what was no longer serving my growth, stopped waiting for something outside of myself to save me (no more spiritual by-passing) and got grounded. 🌳

In that process, my psychic gifts clarified, my boundaries solidified, and I went from feeling overwhelmed by the world to moving to my dream lands, finding my soul tribe and my belonging and truly living authentically, quirks and all. 🤪

Just because you perceive more than most, doesn’t mean it’s your purpose to share it.
I have seen this happen time and time again.

👉🏽 Friends telling friends what they see and the friendship fractures.
👉🏽 Psychics sharing what they hear over lunch and find no one wants to have lunch with them anymore.
👉🏽 Empaths feeling everyone’s feelings as they go through their day and telling anyone who’ll listen what they felt- using it to boost their perceived worth.

It’s not appropriate to have your psychic gates open all the time and it’s not appropriate to share unsolicited information about anyone, to anyone.

Let me be clear, just because you can is not a sign you should. 🛑
