There are moments when we simply need to pause... to breathe... and to allow ourselves to be held in a space of deep rest.

I warmly invite you to join me for a beautiful Alchemy Sound Bath, where together we'll create an immersive journey through healing sound designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and gently restore balance.

As you relax comfortably, you'll be surrounded by the rich vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments, while my voice gently guides you into a peaceful, restorative space.

I'm also delighted to be joined by the incredibly talented River Tree, whose soulful flutes, didgeridoo and handpans bring another beautiful dimension to this experience.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or simply longing for some time to reconnect with yourself, this evening offers a gentle opportunity to release, receive and renew.
