Sometimes, the one who holds space needs to create space for herself. 🤍

For the past few months, I’ve been feeling something I can no longer ignore.

I’m tired.
Not just physically, but deeply.

After our Full Moon in Scorpio ceremony back in May, I poured every part of myself into creating something beautiful. The preparation, the planning, the holding of space…

It took more from me than I realised.

Since then, my body has been asking me to slow down.

And this time, I’m choosing to listen.

For those who know me, you’ll know that my work has always been about reconnecting with ourselves.
Honouring our bodies.
Listening to the whispers before they become shouts.

Right now, I need to follow that wisdom myself.

So, for the time being, I’m pressing pause on taking on new clients.

Not because I don’t love this work.
But because I can’t pour from an empty cup.

This Queen of Cups is running on empty.

This season is about restoring my own energy.

Caring for my body.
Nourishing my spirit.
Coming home to myself.

I know I’ll return when the time is right.

Until then, thank you for your kindness, your support, and for walking this path alongside me.

I’ll still be here, quietly sharing little pieces of my journey as I come home to myself.

With love,
Kristy 🌘

For years I measured my body by everything it couldn’t do.

The hills it couldn’t climb.
The strength it didn’t have.
The energy it couldn’t find.

But lately… I’ve been noticing something different.

The way it feels when the warmth of the morning sun touches my face.
The way my whole body softens when Whiskey curls up in my arms.
The way time almost stops when Jason’s lips meet mine.

The way I still get to sit with beautiful people and hold space for their transformation.

Maybe my body was never asking me to keep score of what I’d lost.

Maybe it was asking me to notice what it has been carrying me towards.

Maybe it was quietly asking me to notice what was still here.

And today…

That feels like enough.

This past Sunday, under the Dark Moon in Gemini, I wrote a letter to my old self.

A letter to the version of me that had carried an eating disorder for most of my life.

Since I was ten years old, she had walked beside me.

Through trauma.
Through heartbreak.
Through fear.
Through shame.

For years, I thought I needed to fight her.

But as I sat writing that letter, I realised something.

She was never my enemy.
She was a wounded part of me trying to keep me safe.

And for that, I am grateful.

For the first time, I felt ready.
Ready to stop carrying the same story.
Ready to release the struggle.
Ready to let her rest.

The following evening, beneath the New Moon, I took that letter outside and lit a fire.

A shamanic fire ceremony beneath the indigo night sky.

As I watched the paper burn,
I held her.
I thanked her.

For helping me survive.

And then…

I let her go.

I released the shame.
The guilt.
The fear.
The belief that there was something wrong with me.

And I welcomed the healthy woman I am becoming.
The woman who chooses nourishment.
The woman who chooses health.
The woman who chooses life.

This wasn’t a dramatic ending.

It was a quiet beginning.

For most of my life, I believed there was something wrong with me.

I knew it from a very young age.

My body wasn’t like everyone else’s.

I couldn’t climb trees.
I couldn’t ride my bike up a hill.
I couldn’t run.
I fell over… a lot.

I couldn’t keep up with the other kids and I never understood why.

I just knew I was different.

As I got older, that difference became shame.

I hated my body.
I hated how it looked.
I hated how it moved.
I hated how weak it felt.
I hated everything about myself.

And when I was teased at school, called ugly, called fat, and made to feel less than, it only confirmed what I already believed.

That somehow there was something wrong with me.

So I spent years trying to escape myself.
Trying to become someone else.
Trying to be normal.
Trying to be enough.

But no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t outrun myself.

Years later, when I began reconnecting with the spiritual side of myself, something began to shift.
Slowly.
Quietly.
A voice inside me began asking to be heard.

Not a voice outside of me.
My own.

So I sat.
And I listened.
And what I heard changed everything.

The voice didn’t tell me I needed fixing.
It didn’t tell me I needed to try harder.
It didn’t tell me to become someone else.

Instead, it reminded me of something I had forgotten.

That I am more than my body.
More than the stories I was told.
More than the shame I carried.
More than the labels I inherited.
It reminded me that I belong here.

That I am loved.

That I am whole.

That I am enough.

And maybe the greatest truth of all…

There was never anything wrong with me.

🌘 THE THRESHOLD was born from journeys like mine.

The journey of questioning the stories we’ve carried for so long that we mistake them for truth.
The journey of meeting the parts of ourselves we learned to reject.
The journey of remembering who we are beneath the shame.

Because healing doesn’t begin when we become someone else.

It begins the moment we remember who we are.

For most of my life, I thought being strong meant carrying everything on my own.

I never asked for help.

I convinced myself I could handle it.
That I should handle it.

So I carried the grief.
The overwhelm.
The pressure.
The responsibility.

And from the outside, I probably looked like I was coping. But underneath it all, I was exhausted.

Not because life was hard. But because I had spent so many years believing that needing support was weakness. That if I could just hold everything together, I would finally feel safe.

Looking back now, I can see that what I called strength was often survival.

It was armour.
It was self-protection.
It was the part of me that learned very early that I could only rely on myself.

But healing didn’t begin when I became stronger.

It began when I softened.
When I stopped carrying everything alone.
When I allowed myself to be supported.
When I stopped treating my own needs as less important than everyone else’s.

🌘 THE THRESHOLD was born from that journey.

From the understanding that some of the strongest people are carrying the heaviest burdens and trauma in silence. And that sometimes the bravest thing we can do is stop surviving long enough to let ourselves be seen.

A space to soften.
A space to reconnect.
A space to return home to yourself.

There are parts of myself that longed to be seen…
and parts of myself that learned it was not safe enough to.

So I hid.

Behind strength.
Behind humour.
Behind hyper-independence.

I learnt to soften my truth.
To silence my needs.
To become smaller, quieter, easier to hold.

Not because I was being fake…
but because somewhere along the way, being fully myself didn’t feel safe.

But when I finally acknowledged my darkness, I stepped into my power.
This is how THE THRESHOLD was born.

🌘 THE THRESHOLD is a space for gently meeting the parts of yourself that learned to hide in order to survive.

Not through force.
Not through shame.
But through shadow integration, emotional honesty, and deep self-remembrance.

Because healing is not about becoming someone new.
It begins the moment you stop hiding, just to be accepted.

A space to unravel your layers.
To reconnect with your truth.
To return home to yourself.

༄ Step inside

16/05/2026

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to become who we thought we needed to be.

The strong one.
The quiet one.
The endlessly giving one.
The guarded one.
The one who learned to disappear inside their own mind.

We wear those versions of ourselves for so long…
that we forget they were never who we were to begin with.

🌘 THE THRESHOLD is a space to gently unfold those layers between you and your truth.

Not through force.
Not through shame.
But through shadow integration, embodiment, emotional honesty, and the courage to meet yourself underneath the masks.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering the parts of yourself that existed before the world taught you who you needed to be.

A space to soften.
To reconnect.
To return to yourself slowly, honestly, and fully.

Not all healing begins with fixing.

Sometimes it begins with allowing yourself to exist… just as you are.

༄ Step inside

12/05/2026

Some parts of you were never broken.
They were just hidden beneath the surface.

The masks you learned to wear.
The hyper-independence.
The shutting down.
The overthinking.
The ache of trying to make yourself small enough, pleasing enough, invisible enough… just to feel safe.

And once upon a time, those parts of you were necessary.

But there comes a time when survival no longer feels like protection…
and instead begins to feel like you’re distancing yourself from your own truth.

🌘 THE THRESHOLD was created for that moment.

Not to “fix” you.
Not to abandon your shadow.
But to gently meet the parts of you that never knew how to fully exist without being in survival mode.

This is deeper self-development work woven through shadow integration, embodiment, emotional honesty, remembrance, and energy as medicine.

A space to soften beneath the surface.
To explore what has been hidden… with empathy, curiosity, and unconditional love.

Not all transformation begins in the light.

Sometimes it begins as a quiet unraveling…
the moment you finally remember yourself.

༄ Step inside

08/05/2026

Over the past week, I’ve felt my work evolve into something deeper… more entwined with my truth.

What once began as “workshops” has become ritual, ceremony, shadow work, and spaces for deeper self-understanding and remembrance.

The more I grow with this work, the more I realise I’m not here to help people fix themselves.

I’m here to hold steady, grounded intentional spaces where people can meet themselves honestly — through shadow integration, ritual, embodiment, and deeper self-development work.

So I’ve spent time listening to the whispers of my soul as to what my next chapter wanted to be called.

And now it finally feels aligned…

🌔 Last Saturday afternoon, my beautiful friend Jessica J Intuitive Creative and I had the honour of holding space for 5 beautiful souls at our very first Flower Moon Ceremony to honour the Full Moon in Scorpio.

It didn’t feel like any of us came together by accident…

There was such a deep sense that we had “called each other in” to form this sacred circle. Our energies seemed to weave together like threads, connecting us to something greater than ourselves.

As the ceremony unfolded, the similarities between us became impossible to ignore. It felt like reassurance from the universe that we are not alone in what we are going through.

There’s something so powerful about gathering in a space like this. Slowing down long enough to truly see ourselves and to be witnessed by others doing the same.

I’m feeling so much gratitude for the beautiful souls who trusted us enough to step into the circle with open hearts and minds.

Jess, thank you for co-creating such a deeply held and magickal space with me. It was an honour to share this with you ✨
