Southcare Medical Centre is extremely pleased to welcome back Dr Thi Han Oo.
As well as his proficiency in all general medicine, Thi Han has a keen interest in skin cancer treatments. He has spent the past 8 months in a specialist skin cancer clinic performing checks and excisions of suspicious looking lesions.

Are your child’s immunisations up-to-date?

In Queensland, children are required to be immunised at birth, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 4 years of age.

Mixed billing doctors bulk bill if you meet the following criteria -
Under 16 years of age
Hold a Centrelink Pension/Concession card
Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander

Consult Fees are as below* -
Standard Consult - $75.00 (Medicare Rebate - $38.75)
Long Consult - $110.00 (Medicare Rebate - $75.05)
*Weekends/after hours will differ.

If you have a fever or acute respiratory symptoms of any kind (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath) please DO NOT enter the clinic.

Before your appointment, please call ahead and let our reception staff know of your symptoms, any recent travel or if you have been in contact with anyone who has been tested for Covid-19 (Coronavirus) so that we can advise on the next best step.

On entering the clinic please use the hand sanitiser available in the waiting room and always ensure safe social distancing practices.

We also ask that you attend your appointment alone unless you require a parent/guardian, carer or interpreter to be present.
