Reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and unleash your creativity with Infinity Rhythms, a playful flow practice that uses silk Infinity Flags.

Join us in this transformative experience! Infinity Rhythms Dance Play Flow is a space to move, play, and reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and your inner sense of freedom. Created by Tracy, this experience blends intuitive movement, music, and mindfulness to support self-expression and well-being. With over seven years’ experience in therapeutic environments and a deep love for music and movement, Tracy creates safe, welcoming spaces where people can let go of expectations and rediscover the joy of moving freely. At the heart of her sessions are her Infinity Flags—custom-designed and individually handcrafted by Tracy herself. Each flag is sewn with intention, created to support the flow of movement and awaken the senses. These vibrant, lightweight silk flags aren’t just tools—they're part of the journey, infused with care and creativity. Tracy’s Move with Mindfulness Infinity Flag Workshops invite you into a multi-sensory experience, where rhythm, breath, and play come together. Her approach blends intuitive movement, creative exploration, and embodied awareness. Each session offers space to:

Reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence

Shift energy and release stress

Embrace your own style of movement

Cultivate calm, joy, and creativity

Whether you’re new to free movement or returning to it, Infinity Rhythms invites you to come as you are and move in a way that feels true to you—with handcrafted flags, supportive guidance, and an open, playful spirit. Workshops and classes: coming soon! Contact Tracy to find out more
