I came across Reiki way back in 1991 and instantly fell in love with it. I am available Monday - Friday between 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Reiki helps you with Deep Relaxation; Emotional Cleansing; Overall Wellness; Balance & Harmony
The Emotion Code can release unwanted trapped emotions within us to alleviate physical discomfort, ease emotional wounds and restore love to relationships. Along with my husband, we were attuned to Level 1 not long after and then in 1993 we were Level 2 attuned. I offer treatments at my home studio to help people with emotional & physical well being and balance in life. Treatments outside these hours can be arranged too. Feel free to message and we can decide on a mutual time for both of us.

Something I love about this work is that no 2 sessions are ever quite the same. Sometimes it's pure relaxation, sometimes its filled with intuitive messages, guidance or visions come through that genuinely surprise the person on the table. I never push for this - it simply arrives when it's meant to and I share whatever comes through with care.

Every session is led by what YOU need that day - that's the beauty of it. We discuss before you get on the table about where you're at and what your intentions are for this treatment.

Children are often far more sensitive to the energy around them than we realise - big emotions, school stress, sleep troubles or just feeling "off" can all show up in their little bodies.

My Children's Healing sessions are gentle, safe and completely age-appropriate. No pressure - just a calm pace for young minds and hearts to relax and recharge. I put on an guided meditation that suits their age and they get to drift off into imagination land whilst relaxing. Parents often notice their child sleeping better, feeling calmer, and bouncing back with more confidence after just one session.

One of the questions I get asked most is: "Can Reiki actually work of you're not there in person?" Truthfully - Yes. Energy isn't limited by distance.

Distant Healing offers the exact same benefits as an in-clinic session - reduced stress, eased emotional blockages, mental clarity, a deep sense of calm - no matter where in the world you're tuning in from.

So If you've got a family interstate, friends overseas or you simply can get to me, this one's for you and them.

Our pets carry stress and emotion just like we do, they just can't tell us in words. I've worked with dogs & cats — helping them settle, release anxiety, and recover from physical or emotional trauma.

It's simple and it's gentle. You lie down, fully clothed, in a warm and safe space. I intuitively choose crystals for the treatment and place them on and around your body. I place my hands lightly on or above your body and universal life energy flows to wherever it's needed most.

No poking, no pressure, nothing you need to "do." Just permission to finally stop.

Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer and more like themselves than they have in weeks. Some feel it as warmth. Some as a wave of calm. Some fall straight to sleep — and that's perfect too.

I'm the hands (and heart) behind Infinite Energy Healing here in Redlynch, Cairns.

35+ years ago I started this journey, never imagining it would become the studio it is today. What began with one Reiki session with a friend turned into a calling: to help people and animals release stress, clear what's stuck, and come home to themselves.

These days I offer Infinite Reiki, The Emotion Code, Chakra Healing, Crystal Healing, and Animal Healing — all from my little studio in Redlynch, and via distant healing for anyone, anywhere.
