📢 We're Hiring – Allied Health Receptionist (Part-Time / Casual)
Join Our Friendly Team at Far North Physiotherapy!
We're looking for a warm, organised, and reliable Receptionist to join our busy physiotherapy clinic on a flexible part-time or casual basis.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting the day-to-day running of our clinic.
✅ Greeting patients and visitors
✅ Answering phones and managing enquiries
✅ Booking appointments and managing schedules
✅ Processing payments and maintaining records
✅ General reception and administrative duties
We're looking for someone who is:
✔️Friendly, professional, and well-presented
✔️Organised and able to multitask
✔️Confident with computers and learning new software
✔️A great communicator with strong customer service skills
✔️Able to work independently and as part of a team
✳️ Previous reception, administration, medical, allied health, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
🕒 Flexible availability to work shifts between 7:30am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday is required.
