Our Director and Principal Physiotherapist, Simon, spent the weekend in Brisbane attending the Better Outcomes Conference 2026 🧠.

Bringing together professionals from more than 20 disciplines across the medical, allied health and legal sectors, the conference focused on sharing knowledge, different perspectives and how we can work together to better support people through injury, rehabilitation and recovery.

For us at Far North Physiotherapy, continued learning and collaboration helps us look at the bigger picture when it comes to our patients’ care and bring new ideas and perspectives back to our clinic and community.

A big thank you to Travis Schultz & Partners and Sports & Spinal Group for bringing together such a diverse group of professionals for a fantastic event!👏

We're thrilled to announce that Far North Physiotherapy has renewed their Bronze Sponsorship with Trinity Bay State High School!
Their ongoing support of our Rugby League Excellence Program helps our student-athletes stay at their best through quality physiotherapy care, injury prevention and rehabilitation support, making a real difference both on and off the field.

With more than 18 years' experience working with elite and international athletes, Far North Physiotherapy specialises in sports injuries, spinal conditions, TMJ dysfunction and dry needling. They also bulk-bill eligible Medicare patients with a valid GP referral under a Chronic Condition Management Plan (up to five physiotherapy sessions per calendar year) or an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) Health Assessment (up to ten physiotherapy sessions per calendar year).

✨️ We're super excited to have our new Physiotherapist, Jack, join our FNP family! 🩵💛

Jack brings a strong background in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with experience spanning a range of high-performance and clinical settings, including an Olympic pathway school, Sydney's leading sports medicine clinic, private practice in Bondi, and the workers' compensation sector.

He has also completed internships with the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Wests Tigers, developing a strong interest in injury prevention, performance, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. 🏉

Jack brings an enthusiastic, hands-on approach to physiotherapy and genuinely enjoys helping people move better, recover from injury, and achieve their goals.

We were honoured to attend the second annual Pouring for a Purpose Wine Dinner, hosted by Travis Schultz & Partners in support of the Far North Queensland Youth Assistance Fund (FNQYAF)🍷🍽️🥂

It was wonderful to see a record-breaking $22,100 raised on the night to help FNQYAF continue supporting financially disadvantaged young people across Far North Queensland in pursuing opportunities in education, sport, the arts, trades and more.

Congratulations to Travis Schultz & Partners, FNQYAF, and everyone involved in making the evening such a success. We were proud to be part of it.
