🌅 Good morning, everyone! Before the day becomes busy, let us spend just a quiet moment looking at our lives with stillness.

When the mind grows calm, we begin to notice something extraordinary that is so easily overlooked. None of us walks through this life alone.

We are held by the air that gives us every breath, by the earth beneath our feet, by the warmth of the morning sun, by the food that nourishes us, by the countless hands that have quietly helped shape our lives, and by the love, kindness, and care we have received—often without even realizing it.

The more deeply we see this web of support, the more naturally gratitude fills the heart. And from gratitude, something beautiful begins to blossom. We no longer wish only for our own happiness. We naturally wish to protect, to care, and to love this precious life and all the lives connected with it.

May this morning remind us that we are already surrounded by countless blessings.

With hearts overflowing with gratitude, may we live this day with loving-kindness, mindfulness, and deep appreciation for every moment we are given.

Stunning Cape Tribulation last weekend. So grateful to have this remarkable place close by. I first came here 40 years ago! Very little has changed- beautiful beaches, large crocs and stunning forests. ❤️😀🙏
