Journey work, for change , for healing, or just pure transformation.
We use the drum, ratlle, singing as vehicles, and we always use an intention.

No disrespect to NZ Air or Vedic culture.

Balance is ultimately a personal responsibility. It comes with maturity and with knowing yourself well enough to recognise your own limits, needs, and points of integration.

Most people in this group have probably, at some time, lost their baggage—or had their “sh*t” come to the surface. Even after doing a great deal of inner work, those moments can leave us feeling bewildered and bereft.

If we see ourselves as spirits having a human experience, and recognise that we are all connected, then perhaps some movements through chaos are necessary. They may serve an individual’s process, or express something larger on behalf of a wider human group.

Sometimes, what needs to happen can not be contained within the current concepts or level of consciousness of the people present. It should be respected and not shamed. ULTIMATELY, balance afterwards is a personal responsibility. Do the movement, but then find your horse and get back up on it.
Warm regards
Brad

Adelaide has invited another "Creating Joy Circle," a testament to the profound impact of collective intention. The following audio excerpt captures the essence of this gathering, featuring Caroline channeling Mother Sha-Riah and expanding on Brad's introduction: "Inner slow building joy." This transformative experience offers a powerful reminder that we are all in this together, and we hope it inspires you to integrate its principles into your own work and community. This recording is a snapshot of the JOY circle in Adelaide from March 2026. https://wildplainsmedicine.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/20241219_joy_dawns_circle2.mp3. Join us for our upcoming Joy circles in Sydney on August 16th and Adelaide in late September - visit our events tab for details.

When effort fades—when individuals within a family no longer try to see through each other’s eyes, no longer seek to understand where another stands in life—something vital begins to wither. When the will to connect, to commune, to reach across the space between us is abandoned, the human bond itself starts to erode. And without that bond, the human group cannot endure.

Dear fellow journey men and women,
A note from down the road:

The hard way is the easy way in the long run.
The easy way rarely works.

Looking for the easy way reveals there are things you don’t want to see or acknowledge.

When the easy way doesn’t work, it’s hard to see and understand why — because from the outset, you’ve been consciously or unconsciously avoiding that work. As a result, you can’t truly hold yourself accountable.

The hard way is a journey of knowing yourself well and refusing to let anything block or impede you.

Some excuses are very real, but when you know yourself deeply and you’re not afraid of the work, you can almost always find a way.

Keep going with your sovereign journey. It is needed by the human group. Let your resolve be your fuel!

Warm regards,
Brad and Caroline
