Dr. Kat has been working alongside experienced child and adolescent Clinical Psychologist Danae Owen for many years - here they are this week
Having experienced clinicians of different disciplines working together under the same roof fosters team work and collaboration - this is something we have set out to embrace here at Upward Life. We can learn so much from each other when we have different skills and backgrounds - build relationships that then can help our patients get the care and support they needed.
Danae is very experienced with trauma, child and family therapy, psychological assessments as well as anxiety and depression. If you are concerned about a child or teenager in your care - consider if psychological support and therapy may be of benefit.

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) you can access a Medicare Rebate. Access to psychology under a MHCP provides rebates for 10x sessions in a Calendar year.
