Dr Craig is very sore today after completing the Pyramid Race on the weekend! ⛰️🏃‍♂️
Participants run 3k from Gordonvale to the base, then scramble 3k up Walsh’s Pyramid with 922m elevation gain, 3k down and 3k back to the start line.
He finished 12th in 1h 45mins.
It’s a gruelling event but he can’t wait again for next year 😁
Thanks The Great Pyramid Race for another fantastic event!

Kokoda Trail completed!
Dr Craig and fellow chiro friend Dr John completed the gruelling Kokoda hike in PNG last week!
Fortunately they had perfect conditions and got to soak up the stunning scenery and gorgeous little villages along the way.
The hills were unrelenting and the track quite technical with roots, rocks and creek crossings.
Learning more about the history of the bloody battles between the Australians and Japanese in brutal conditions was incredible to understand and visualise.
Craig & John then flew over to Rabaul/Kokopo afterwards for some R&R and local experiences.
Dr Craig will be back adjusting in the clinic tomorrow Friday 26th and can’t wait to share some stories 🙂

Dr Craig is going on a holiday next week!
He’ll be in the clinic all day Monday the 15th before heading off to PNG on Tuesday for 10 days. Dr Georgia will take great care of you all while he’s away!
