Wishing all my patients and athletes taking part in the Ironman this Sunday!!!

For those who don't know why its called 70.3 (I was asked this earlier today):

The "70.3" in the IRONMAN 70.3 Cairns name refers to the total distance of the triathlon in miles.
It is a half-distance event.

The race consists of:
Swim: 1.2 miles (1.9 km)
Bike: 56 miles (90 km)
Run: 13.1 miles (21.1 km)

Added together, these three segments total 70.3 miles (about 113 km).

This is exactly half the distance of a standard or "Full" Ironman, which totals 140.6 miles.😬

Excited for the completion of the SOT Paediatric Certificate Program (we have all completed the 10 month theory component and this is the 3 day practical component).

Thank you and .chiropractic.africa for organizing this amazing program to be held for the first time in Africa.
