Some things I have learnt as a Naturopath with over 20 years experience:

-trends will never beat a healthy diet, time in nature, quality connections, deep, restorative sleep and moving your body.

-individualised treatment protocols have a great impact then generalised treatment plans

-The body has an innate capacity to heal

-addressing the symptoms while not addressing the root cause will never fully heal a person.

-Gut health affects everything

-an experienced practitioner has more insight than someone who is not qualified to give health, nutrition advice.

-People don’t need fixing, they need to be heard and understood

-physical symptoms aren’t just patholgy, they encompass the mind and spirit just as equally
