We may have accidentally started some workplace rivalry… 👀😂

We put our staff against each other in a game of “Who’s Most Likely To…” and let’s just say… there were some very confident answers.

Do you agree with our picks, or would you vote differently? Let us know below! ⬇️

The biggest postpartum myth I see? 👇

So many mums believe pelvic floor dysfunction is normal after having a baby… but normal doesn’t always mean it’s something you have to live with.

Leaking when you laugh, sneeze or exercise.
Feeling heaviness or pressure.
Always rushing to the bathroom.
These are common—but they’re not something you should just accept.

Your body has been through something incredible, and it deserves the right support to recover.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I work alongside pelvic health physiotherapists to help mums regain strength, confidence and function through safe, evidence-based exercise.

If you’ve been putting these symptoms down to “just being a mum,” this is your reminder that help is available. ❤️

✨ Save this for later and send it to a mum who needs to hear this.

We put our clients to the test… 👀
Who did they vote as:
🏋️ Most likely to drop a weight on themselves?
🔥 Most competitive?
😂 The meanest?
…and a few more 😂

Let’s just say the answers had us laughing. Which ones do you agree with? 👇

Falls don’t usually happen because you’re standing still on one leg.

They happen when you trip on the footpath, lose your footing on uneven ground, turn too quickly, or need to react in a split second.

That’s why our Falls Prevention Classes focus on training balance for real life. We work on:
• Quick stepping and recovery strategies
• Reaction time
• Dynamic balance while moving
• Confidence navigating everyday environments
• Strength to help you stay steady and independent

🗓️ Classes: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
🕣 8:30 AM

Before joining, you’ll complete a comprehensive assessment and balance screening so we can understand your current ability and tailor the program to you.

📞 Book your assessment now to secure your place in our next intake. Your future self will thank you.

This is one of the most common things we hear from mums.

The answer? NO. It is never too late to seek help.

Whether you're:

6 weeks postpartum
6 months postpartum
2 years postpartum
or even 20 years after having your children

Leaking when you run, jump, laugh or sneeze is common, but it isn't normal.

Your pelvic floor may need:

Strengthening
Better coordination and timing
Improved breathing strategies
Support returning to exercise safely

The first step is always an assessment with a Women's Health Physiotherapist to determine exactly what's going on. From there, we can work alongside your pelvic health team to help you return to the activities you love—whether that's running, lifting weights or simply feeling confident in your body again.

At Her Health Moves, we're passionate about helping women exercise safely during pregnancy and postpartum and showing mums that they don't have to "just put up with it."

Because motherhood shouldn't mean giving up the things you love.

💕 You've had your babies. You deserve to feel strong, confident and supported too.

💚 Self-care isn't selfish—it's essential.

When people think of self-care, they often think of massages, bubble baths, or a quiet cup of coffee.

But one of the most powerful forms of self-care is movement.

Exercise can help:
✔ Improve energy levels
✔ Reduce stress and anxiety
✔ Improve sleep quality
✔ Support physical health
✔ Boost confidence and mood

You don't need to spend hours in the gym. Sometimes self-care looks like a walk around the block, a strength session, or simply taking time to move your body.

This International Self-Care Day, ask yourself: What can I do today that my future self will thank me for?
