Most mums are told to “just ease back into it” — but no one actually explains how.

That’s where this workshop comes in.

In this session, you’ll learn:
• How to safely return to exercise postpartum
• How to reconnect with your core + pelvic floor
• What to avoid (so you don’t make things worse)
