Adolescence can bring new challenges for young people with ADHD. Increased academic expectations, social pressures, changing routines and growing independence can make symptoms more noticeable or harder to manage.

An ADHD psychologist can work with adolescents to develop practical strategies for organisation, planning, study habits, time management and emotional regulation. Support may also address related concerns such as anxiety, low mood, frustration or reduced self-confidence.
